RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: UNOPENED and UNUSED goods in
*SALEABLE condition may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for return or
exchange, with prior approval. Please include with the unopened item(s) all
Packaging Materials, Order Number, Packing Slip and Reason for Return.
Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for misdirected, lost or damaged
returns so it is advised that you insure return packages. For Returns: If you
paid for your order by credit card, a refund credit will be issued and should
appear on your next billing statement. We do not refund shipping charges.
Exchanges will be honored as Store Credits.
Please unpack and inspect your package as soon as possible after delivery.
Damage MUST be reported to Supernatural Botanicals within 48 hours of
delivery. Please retain all packing materials and damaged products for return
of damaged merchandise. We will arrange for replacement of damaged product
as soon as possible after damage is reported and verified.
