Amanda, branches like this are so easily found…right in our own backyards, here in the states. If they aren’t plentiful, however, where you live, most craft stores sell branches like this. You can also find them online. You can also craft your own branches out of man made materials, too.

Love this idea! For my friend’s upcoming Fall wedding next October, she is wanting to possibly use this idea but we’re in Indiana and branches like this are hard to come by. What’s your best technique for finding so many that look similar?

The branches don’t need to be secured down as long as you are using a very long vase to keep them secure. Notice in the picture how the clear vase is fairly tall…18-24 inches. Then arrange the branches in criss-cross fashion in the vase.

These were purchased at Michael’s. What area do you live in? You can find these at most hobby/art supply type stores. Also available at Candle Factory Outlet if you have one of those in your area.

They are real candles. Try to get votive candles or small pillar candles that will fit in the jar with a long burn time. That way you won’t have to replace the candles half way through the night. Best of luck with your wedding plans. Congratulations!
