Master Suite

Good luck talking your husband into this one. This is an ultra master suite with over-the-top amenities. That being said, I love it! I love design, especially bedroom design, but I think I’d feel too spoiled living in that room. It’s absolute luxury…..squared! I think that after the recession is said and done, we’ll see a lot less of these grandiose upgrades, but they were fun while they lasted. Now, it’s just so 2007.

I’m a husband and we have an above average “master suite” but who wants to hang around in a bedroom? I want to be out where the family and friend action is, and in the kitchen. I guess you stage it to look like a retreat. But for living, I want my best space and my best views where my family and friends can enjoy it.
You make a good point, Terry. I love a great sanctuary in my bedroom, but I don’t require THAT much upgrading. I’d rather have my upgrades on common areas…starting with the kitchen.
