Fat burning Pilates is my secret weapon in the morning.  Pilates makes your body feel so good when you wake up…it’s the ultimate good morning stretch.  It also feels great to break a sweat by 6 a.m.!  I love the Crunch series workout videos.  I’ve also seen them at the library (an excellent source to try before you buy.)

Al fresco dining can be one of the most romantic things you do all summer.  Opt to go al fresco when given the option.  Dining outdoors, whether it be in a restaurant or in your yard, can be ultra-sexy.  The outdoors and fresh air will lift your spirits, and the sun gives your body the needed vitamin D it requires.

Let’s talk about men.  Manscaping, specifically.  Men, if you are wondering if women like your manscaping skills….we do!  We like you to take care of yourself as much as we ladies take care of ourselves.  Nothing is worse than a man who has personal high standards in his preferences for ladies, yet does nothing to bring anything to the party personally.   Step it up, men.  The days of the double-standard are gone.
